Important Update - December 9, 2009:
We are pleased to report that the various appeals and other procedural issues which arose from the settlement are now resolved. Counsel is seeking approval from the Court to release the distributions of the settlement payments to class members. We expect to be in a position to send out cheques to the class members in January, 2010. We appreciate your patience in this complex matter.
