THE ONLINE CLAIMS SYSTEM IS USED FOR ALL CLAIM ACTIVITIES including:
- Registering a Claim to participate in the Settlement.
- Communicating with the Administrator with respect to an Online Claim.
- Editing, certifying and printing the completed Online Claim.
- Submitting documents in support of the Claim.
REGISTERING A CLAIM requires completion of the FOUR PARTS of the CLAIM FORM
- To complete the CLAIM FORM online, you will need statements documenting all purchases and acquisitions of Atlas Trust Units during the period March 1, 2002 to and including August 29, 2003 and all sales and dispositions of Atlas Trust Units from and after March 1, 2002
- Please have these statements on hand when you begin the registration process.
CLAIM SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
- The Administrator must receive the completed and signed Claim Form with the required supporting documents on or before March 2, 2009 5:00 pm Toronto time.
